Returns and Refunds
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt of the goods. The declaration must be sent by email to info@power-gear.it The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, in the case of products made to measure according to the customer's needs . The return of the goods and the shipping costs are always charged to the Buyer. The goods must arrive correctly packaged and in the same conditions in which they were received. The Seller reserves the right to reject any product returned unpacked or in any case in ways other than those specified above. The replacement goods will be shipped only upon receipt of the defective goods in the warehouse.
